Zerowait remote monitoring--combined with our Exception Reporter tool for SimplStor Windows, Cloud or Linux Server builds--detects configuration issues as well as (for on-prem installations) drive, power supply, fan and other hardware failures; then it sends a notification to Zerowait and to you. The notification to Zerowait is processed automatically, generating a support ticket, after which a replacement part (if needed) is promptly prepared by Support Engineers and shipped to you. Additionally, system health is monitored by Zerowait in an ongoing process to spot indications of potential issues with details collected in the weekly SimplStor Health Report
